The S&P 500 was recently down around 0.4%. while the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.2%.

SVB Financial (SIVB), First Republic (FRC): Shares of the parent of Silicon Valley Bank, First Republic, and several other regional banks were halted early Friday after a sharp selloff hit financial stocks.

Black Knight (BKI), Intercontinental Exchange (ICE): The FTC moved to block ICE’s bid for the mortgage software provider, arguing the deal would lead to higher prices for software that lenders use to generate mortgages. Shares in both companies are down more than 2%.

Oracle (ORCL): The software giant’s shares were recently down about 2% after the company reported revenue for the latest quarter that fell short of Wall Street expectations.

Allbirds (BIRD): Shares of Allbirds were down 44%. The footwear retailer reported a deeper-than-expected drop in sales in its latest quarter and said Chief Financial Officer Mike Bufano is leaving the company.
