While the trending stocks on the last day of year’s trading are;
Tesla: The electric-vehicle maker’s shares fell more than 2% before the opening bell. Tesla stock has endured a rollercoaster month of trading, and is on pace to end 2022 as the worst performer among major S&P 500 stocks.
Futu and Up Fintech: The online brokers tumbled about 28% and 34%, respectively, premarket, after China’s securities regulator said the duo had conducted cross-border trading for Chinese domestic investors without its approval.
Palantir: The data-analysis company’s stock drifted 1.7% lower before the opening bell, putting it on pace to extend a recent run of losses. Palantir stock has fallen 15% this month through Thursday, versus a 5.7% decline for the S&P 500.
