Apple: The company warned shipments of its high-end iPhone models would be hindered amid Covid-19 restrictions at one of its major suppliers in China. Its stock slipped 1.1% premarket.

Palantir Technologies: The data and software company forecast a slowdown in sales growth in the current quarter. Its shares declined 1.8% premarket.

Walgreens Boots Alliance: The drugstore giant’s primary-care-center subsidiary is nearing a deal to combine with Summit Health, the parent company of CityMD urgent-care centers, according to people familiar with the matter. Walgreens shares added 0.2% premarket.

Peabody Energy, Coronado Global Resources: The companies agreed to end discussions over combining to create a new global coal giant valued at about $6 billion. Peabody shares climbed 6.7% premarket.

Digital World Acquisition: Shares in the blank-check company that is trying to merge with Donald Trump’s social-media firm surged premarket, gaining 23%.
