NY exclusive condo sold for $55 Million, as inflation soars!
Luxury apartment at Aman New York, a full-floor condominium on New York City’s Billionaires’ Row, is reportedly sold for $55 million, a spokesman for the project confirmed.
- The deal is one of the most expensive to close in the city so far this year, local agents said.
The apartment comprises the full 22nd floor of the condominium, which occupies the upper levels of the Crown Building near the southeast corner of Central Park. WSJ reports

According to the offering plan published by Aman, the unit has 6,300 square feet, or 580m2, and the buyer was represented by Alexander Team at Douglas Elliman.

The Crown building, which has a hotel and retail on its lower floors, is well known for its copper pinnacle.
It was built in 1921 and has been owned by former Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos and first lady Imelda Marcos, reportedly bought for 4$M
While the New York luxury market has been extremely active in recent months, as inflation soars to new high 9%, there have been few transactions of $50 million and above, local agents said.
Aman New York is the development company founded by the owner and chairman Vlad Doronin, as a private real-estate investment and development company.
