U.S. stocks are plunging Thursday morning!

Major indexes are down between two and three percentage points and each of the S&P 500’s 11 sectors is in the red.

The S&P 500 is down 2.4%. The Dow industrials fell 2.1%, or more than 700 points. The Nasdaq Composite slipped the furthest, falling 2.8%.

Tesla: Elon Musk sold more than $3.5 billion worth of Tesla stock this week in his second round of sales since buying Twitter. Tesla shares dropped 2.6% premarket.

Lennar: The home builder’s shares slipped 2.2% off hours despite having reported better-than-expected revenue in the latest quarter.

Nordson: The precision-technology company’s fiscal fourth-quarter revenue increased 14% from a year ago, helped by strong demand in nearly all of its end markets. Its shares added 2.6% off hours.

Weber: The grill maker’s shares slipped 0.9% off hours after it said sales fell again in its fiscal fourth quarter, this time dropping by more than half while the company’s net loss narrowed.

RCI Hospitality: The owner and operator of gentleman’s clubs and restaurants said it is expanding its footprint in Texas and Colorado. Its shares climbed 4.8% off hours.
